Experience:
Minimum Experience of 5 years for Diploma & 3 years for Degree holder with experience of minimum 20 TPH smoke/ gas fire steam generation Boiler with SCADA / PLC system Basis.
Job Responsibility:
â?¢ Routine Boiler operation activities to be carried out with experience of SCADA & PLC Panel.
â?¢ Monitor and logging the boiler Parameters like Temp., Pressure, Flow, drum level, Deaerator tank level etc.
â?¢ Emergency handling like power failure, plant stoppage, instrument air failure, DM water supply failure, Fuel supply failure etc.
â?¢ Maintain Daily Flue Gas analysis, feed water & blow down water analysis of Boiler and related action if any variation.
â?¢ During IBR inspection, cleaning of boiler, Hydro testing, Calibration, inter locks, safety valve settings etc. activities are to be carried out.
â?¢ Coordination with maintenance department.
