â?¢ Three testimonials / reference letters specific to an advertisement are a vital part of the application process and assessment of a
candidate. Therefore, these must be attached with Hard Copy of the Application.

â?¢ Candidates will only be intimated by e-mail regarding the date of interview. Original documents will be verified at the
time of interview.
â?¢ Mere eligibility does not entitle a candidate to claim for appointment. No TA/ DA will be paid to attend the interviews.

â?¢ The appointment shall be subject to certification of medical fitness by the Medical Board of the Institute.

certificate from current employer and valid caste certificate etc, as indicated therein. It is mandatory to self-attest copies of
all the certificates alongwith the submitted application form. The envelope must be superscribed â??Application for faculty

Institute of Medical Sciences, Raebareli Road, Lucknow 226014, India. The deadline for receipt of the application is

reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction
of the Lucknow bench of Honâ??ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
